Volunteers of all sexual orientations, gender identities, backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels are encouraged to get involved. Allies are welcome and valued. What matters most in our volunteers is a genuine commitment to respect, inclusion, and human rights.

Volunteer tasks can require anywhere from just a couple of hours a week to up to twenty hours a week. Whether you want to become a lifelong volunteer or can only offer your help for a limited time, RFF will be happy to involve you in this important work.

RFF is always looking for individuals to help with communications, finances, event coordinating, research, grant writing, proofreading, and administration. Based on your interests and skills, we’ll help match you with a volunteer role and tasks that works well for you and supports our organization’s needs.
