In 2022, Rainbow Faith & Freedom entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Equitas to implement the Fiji and Jamaica Initiative project. This international initiative, spanning from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2025, is funded through the Act Together for Inclusion Fund ("ACTIF"). ACTIF is supported by a contribution agreement dated May 27, 2020, between Equitas and the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development. This project aims to support and advance LGBTQ2I human rights in Fiji and Jamaica.

In 2022, Rainbow Faith & Freedom entered into a Contribution Agreement with the Minister for the Department for Women and Gender Equality ("WAGE"). This agreement provides funding over a 23-month period to ensure that faith-based organizations in Ontario understand the issues faced by 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and are better equipped to take action in addressing and ending religious-based discrimination.

The Canada Summer Jobs Grant provides us with crucial funding to hire young individuals for summer positions. This support allows us to offer valuable work opportunities that help youth develop essential skills, gain meaningful work experience, and contribute to their communities.

We are committed to making a significant and lasting impact in Costa Rica, a country that has historically been a safe haven for 2SLGBTQ+ Latin Americans. However, recent developments have seen a troubling increase in religious hate fueled by the influx of funds from the US Evangelical movement. The rise of Christian Fundamentalism has created an urgent need for action, and we are dedicated to working with activists on the ground to support both short and long-term solutions.
