A Destapar Génesis 1: El Género de Dios y la Creación by Soul Force

$0.00

This resource is a short booklet from the Soulforce Library of Spiritual Resources that reviews Genesis 1, exploring how broad the gender of God is and, as a result, the various possibilities for the gender of human beings as beings created in the image of the divine.

Here, we challenge the ways in which the Creation narrative in Genesis 1 has been used to deny the equality and sacred worth of women, intersex and trans people, and gender-diverse people based on the biblical text. Through questions and accessible language, we created this resource to support you and your communities in building a justice-centered treatment of faith based on the principles of promoting abundant life for all.
